This self-proclaimed hot mechanic is making automobile fanatics sweat.
Tantin Legaspi Meneses, a part-time model and full-time auto shop employee, says customers are continuously stunned by her preferred occupation.
“Once I work on cars I actually just wear normal clothes,” the 27-year-old Filipino content creator told The Sun, admitting that there’s “nothing sexy” about her greasy uniform.
“Much of the time my clothes have holes in them, and surprisingly people find it pretty and attractive,” added Meneses, who touts greater than 22,000 followers on Instagram. “I feel they like that I can actually shift from a rugged to classy model look.”
Online, the auto body pin-up posts a wide range of snaps — from working under cars to posing in bed wearing lingerie — which have fueled a flock of ogling admirers on social media.
“I never expected to get that sort of recognition,” she said, confessing that she couldn’t dream of being “recognized” to this degree.
While she’s “very thankful” for the compliments and adoration from her fans and followers, she’s simply content following her dreams as a mechanic.
“All I ever wanted was to work and take over the motor shop,” she shared. “But the whole lot worked out unexpectedly.”
Meneses isn’t the just one getting down and dirty on the body shop.
Peyton Cicconi, 26, fixes vehicles while wearing lengthy nail extensions and heels.
“I face loads of difficulties within the industry as a girl, similar to day by day harassment and men belittling me,” she told Jam Press. “Once I began my automotive technician course, I used to be the one woman in my entire class of 100 people.”
Critics online doubt her abilities — especially along with her long, pointed manicure — despite her seven years of experience within the industry.
“Lots of men online have called me fake,” she revealed, recalling how “depressed” she was at one point. “So many industry professionals were hating on my nails — it felt so unfair, and I felt alone.”
She hopes her viral TikToks will spark confidence and inspiration in other women.
“My videos of me working in nails has began a worldwide movement of confident women that aren’t afraid to embrace their feminine side,” she said.
