Now, the feminine fitness fanatic, 61, has passed along some useful advice to those hoping to remain strong and healthy after many years of living.
“My secret to more practical workouts is a STRONG CORE!” Grant, a former Miss Olympia contender — and champ at 55 — captioned recent a TikTok clip.
“A robust core allows me to do more exercises and maintain the shape to maximise each movement’s effectiveness,” she said.
Grant proceeded to exhibit her preferred abdominal workouts — which could be done in nearly any setting.
To start — while all smiles and dancing on camera — she demonstrated performing some side to side Russian twist workouts, while gripping a drugs ball above a mat.
