An Australian woman has shared her stunning weight reduction transformation that saw her lose 53 kilos and get her life back.
Back in July 2023, Dils Lee felt like she had hit all-time low after reaching her heaviest weight of 192 kilos, while she was also donning size 16 clothes.
While the 28-year-old says there may be nothing incorrect with being that size, it had a dramatic impact on the best way it made her feel each physically and mentally.
But now, lower than a yr later, the Central Coast, Australia, woman has turned her life around after dropping an incredible 53 kilos and three dress sizes after a straightforward change.
“It just got to a degree where I used to be sick of waking up and feeling horrible, sore and uncomfortable in my body,” Lee told news.com.au.
“I had seen a post on Instagram that said for those who weren’t an energetic person but were with a partner that was energetic, the inactive partner was prone to die seven years before the energetic partner.
“This really scared me, because my husband is an excellent fit and energetic person and I hated the considered me not being around because I didn’t maintain myself and my body.
“I genuinely feel that this completely altered my mindset and approach to weight reduction. Not simply to look higher, but to be healthy, and be alive so long as possible with my husband.”
When she was at her heaviest, Lee said her moods were low, she felt sluggish, run down and was in pain on a regular basis.
She desperately desired to get her life back after gaining weight throughout the pandemic, but had no idea where to start out.
But after she began simply walking with a friend during their coffee runs as a substitute of sitting within the cafe, she noticed an enormous change.
She began shedding pounds and before long, she fell in love with movement, even attending fitness HIIT classes five times every week.
In six months, Lee had dropped an incredible 37 kilos, but felt like she was stuck in a plateau and was not capable of lose any more weight.
That’s when she decided to succeed in out to a nutritionist, Lily Cook, who helped her prioritise her nutrition goals and saw her begin a low carb, high protein weight loss program.
With this transformation, she managed to drop one other 15 kilos and achieve the toned physique of her dreams.
“I began walking most mornings with my friend to get a coffee,” she said.
“I actually loved it. Then at some point, while we got a coffee on our walk, we met some people who had just finished a HIIT gym class round the corner and so they suggested that we come along.
“We took them up on the offer. After my free trial, I signed up and would go multiple times every week, I absolutely loved it.
“The trainer there, Shauna, made it feel like a community. It was a lot fun.
“I also stuck to a calorie deficit, and later reached out to a nutritionist for help with this.
