A lady said she went to choose up coffee to go — but claims she was the one asked to go.
TikTok user Ezzy, who posts under the name @ezzystyles, alleges she was asked to go away her local Starbucks due to the tube top she was wearing.
“I just got dress-coded at Starbucks,” she exclaims in disbelief in her two-minute video, saying the incident happened at a store “on campus.”
The Post reached out to Starbucks for comment. Ezzy didn’t discover the campus.
“Be for real, be so for real immediately, on campus too, at my big age,” she added.
In line with Ezzy — who was wearing a cropped pale yellow tube top with a heart and gray bottoms — the worker on the Starbucks told her she has to wear a “full shirt” within the café.
“She was like, ‘Yeah, I’m so sorry, it’s just since that is an institution, it’s required that you just wear a full shirt,’” she recalled. “I used to be like, ‘B—h, I’m not your worker, like, I don’t be just right for you. I’m an adult.’”
The TikToker said she wasn’t going to let the incident smash her day.
“Let me let you know one thing, ain’t nothing gonna stop my shine today,” she continued. “I just look too cute.”
Followers couldn’t imagine she was dress-coded for her outfit.
“How the hell is it possible to be dress coded for a tube top in public?” one user wondered.
“That’s ridiculous, it is best to give you the option to go right into a public setting without worrying about if ur outfit suits their dress code smh,” agreed one other.
“You were slaying too hard for that Starbucks,” quipped a 3rd.
It’s not the primary time a TikToker has claimed to be kicked out of an institution for lack of clothing.
Earlier in December, a Latest Jersey woman reported being kicked out of Disney World for wearing a backless top. She was allegedly given a modest Disney T-shirt to wear as an alternative.
