She’s milking this tip for all it’s price.
Flight attendant Seymon Kates, who says she works for Delta Airlines, is sharing a hack to simply get liquids through airport security.
“Should you guys like oat milk or any type of milk or condiments, get a breast milk bag and put your liquids in there,” Kates explains within the October TikTok, which has landed nearly 10,000 views. “They don’t spill.”
Liquids, gels, and aerosols are allowed in carry-on luggage in the event that they fit right into a container that’s not more than 3.4 ounces, per Transportation Security Administration rules.
A 30-count pack of three.4-ounce breastmilk storage bags, which have a zipper seal, sells for $9.35 at Walmart.com.
“Should you wish to meal prep like I do, grab some breast milk bags and replenish your liquids,” Kates wrote within the caption of her video, which showed her pouring almond milk right into a breastmilk pouch, sealing the bag tight, and turning it the wrong way up.
The Post reached out to Kates for comment.
The TSA’s 3-1-1 rule — which was enacted in 2006 following a failed terrorist plot to detonate liquid explosives on transatlantic flights — says a traveler’s collection of three.4-ounce carry-on liquids must fit right into a single 1-quart bag.
The requirement covers toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, body spray, mouthwash, lotions, and even snow globes.
For his or her part, Kates’ followers thanked her for her pointer.
“You simply showed me a complete recent world. Loved this,” one TikToker gushed.
“LIFE CHANGING. This can save a lot room in my lunch box,” one other emphasized.
“Genius!” a 3rd exclaimed.
“Never considered this!! Definitely might be using!” another person vowed.
“Girl this just saved me because I couldn’t find the silk almond milk shelf stable bottles to save lots of my life I desired to pack oatmeal,” a flyer shared.
