Karma’s a calming thought, in response to Taylor Swift.
While acting at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia during her “Eras” Tour on Saturday night, Swift was caught on video appearing to call out a security guard while she was in the midst of performing.
Swift could possibly be heard yelling out, “She wasn’t doing anything,” at a security guard, while concert-goers alleged that the bouncers were being a bit forceful when attempting to get people to maneuver off of the barricade.
Swift also said, “Hey! Stop!” and “She’s tremendous!” through the moment.
Now, a lady who The Every day Mail has identified as Kelly Inglis Kelly from Baltimore, Maryland, alleged that she was the one who Swift was calling out to through the viral moment.
She spoke out in a TikTok video posted on Sunday under the username @caityg33 – using her best friend’s account to inform the story, they clarified in a follow-up clip.
“Okay, I used to be the girl that Taylor talked to last night,” Kelly alleged. “Mainly, the guard had been, like, harassing our group all night… he just kept telling us not to the touch the rail and each time we did anything, he was like, on top of us.”
She continued, claiming, “We’re dancing, having fun, he didn’t prefer it, and Taylor noticed that I used to be having fun and that he didn’t prefer it, and he or she didn’t prefer it, after which he mainly, like, got escorted out after which they offered us free tickets for tonight.”
Nonetheless, although the incident has since made headlines, Kelly maintained that the entire thing really wasn’t that big of a deal.
“It wasn’t this big crazy thing, it was identical to a bunch of women having a superb time and he didn’t want us to rejoice,” she said within the clip.
The attendee also clarified to The Every day Mail that the guard didn’t “physically touch them” through the evening.
The Post reached out to Kelly in addition to reps for Taylor and the Lincoln Financial Field for further comment.
In one other TikTok video made by Kelly – this time on her own account which she credited her friend for helping her make – she said that she had been a fan of the star since she was 17 years old.
She thanked the star for being so attentive to her and the opposite fans last night.
“The indisputable fact that you probably did that for me last night, and also you stood up for me, meant so, so, so, a lot and like, I can’t even explain, like, you probably did that for me, and on your fans, and if there’s anything I find out about you, you simply want your fans to go to the show and rejoice, and that’s all we were doing,” Kelly said.
She continued, seemingly holding back tears, “It truly, truly meant a lot to us that you just did that, and to everybody. That you simply would stop to say something, and it was my thirteenth show, on the thirteenth, and I just feel prefer it was really cool.”
Swift’s “Eras” Tour, which kicked off in Arizona on March 17, is the primary since her “Reputations” tour in 2018.
Within the follow-up clip posted on her friend’s TikTok, the 2 were on their way back to Philadelphia from Baltimore to listen to Swift sing yet another time with their alleged free tickets.
Later this month, she shall be performing at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and MetLife stadium in East Rutherford, Recent Jersey – but won’t be making a stop in The Big Apple – as of now, at the very least.
While Swift was performing in Philadelphia this weekend, one fan spotted Matt Healy, the lead “1975” singer and her rumored recent romance, on the concert.
In April, multiple outlets reported that Swift and her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn, had broken up.
