When most individuals near 80 years of age, they start to take it easy.

Not Van Morrison.

The classic rock legend, who’s celebrating his 78th birthday on Aug. 31, is embarking on a fast 11-concert North American tour in support of his latest studio album “Moving On Skiffle” to ring within the occasion.

Over the course of his transient run, the legendary singer-songwriter will stop into major U.S. cities like Boston, San Diego, Las Vegas, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.

And if you should hear the enigmatic Rock and Roll Hall of Famer perform live, it’s not too late to scoop up last-minute tickets.

On the time of publication, we found some tickets to see the Belfast Cowboy going for as little as $40 before fees on Vivid Seats.

While that price is definitely an outlier — most concert events have seats starting anywhere from $90 to $330 before fees — it’s hard to place a price on seeing a living legend live in concert.

Wish to see how much tickets are going for on the Van Morrison gig closest to you?

Keep scrolling.

We’ve got all the small print you’re in search of and more right below.

All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.

Van Morrison controversy

In 2020, Van Morrison protested social distancing measures and fought “pseudo science.”

His most public anti-COVID effort was the discharge of three songs that were anti-lockdown.

In consequence, Northern Ireland health minister, Robin Swann claimed Morrison’s COVID-related songs were “dangerous” which led to a defamation lawsuit after Morrison called Swann a “fraud.”

Van Morrison recent music

This 12 months, Van Morrison put out his forty fourth (!) studio album “Moving On Skiffle.”

The folksy record, comprised of soulful, jaunty covers and just a few original tracks, is an illustration that the powerful vocalist still has chops.

If you should hear for yourself, you may hearken to all 23 tracks here.
