New York Attorney General Letitia James on Tuesday accused former President Donald Trump of massive fraud in a civil lawsuit following a three year inquiry into the finances of the family business.

James said Trump “falsely inflated his wealth by billions of dollars” to enrich himself and his family. Last month, Trump repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment during a deposition as part of James’ civil fraud investigation into the Trump Organization’s finances.

Trump’s attempt to shield himself from possible criminal jeopardy recalled his remarks during a 2016 campaign stop when he compared those who have invoked their constitutional right against self-incrimination to mobsters: “The mob takes the Fifth. If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”

James’ investigation was launched more than three years ago after former Trump attorney Michael Cohen told federal lawmakers that the former president regularly inflated the value of his properties and net worth to get better insurance and loan rates. In May, the attorney general signaled the inquiry was nearing an end and that investigators had amassed substantial evidence that could support legal action, such as a lawsuit, against Trump, his company or both.

What a joke. Banks evaluated the value of a building, not Trump. 40 Wall Street is worth more than she claims. This is not a criminal case, it’s a civil case. No one goes to jail. You guys just keep pushing lies and exaggerating everything. Laticia James is behind on the polls and is just trying to get press.

The AG's investigation of Trump will be all for not. Mr. Trump has money hidden, hell knows where so whatever the outcome is, it will not be punishment for Mr. Trump. Trump and Co. are protected by the jewish deep state and the klansmen on fox (news) entertainment network know that. The schemes done by Trump and Co. to defraud these jewish financial institutions, Trump got permission by them to do it. When the jewish bankers are done with Trump he will go away and die, and the poor white man will have to find another degenerate savior.

    How Trump does Bussiness.🤮

Taj Mahal is a casino size of two-foot ball fields, That was bought by Donald Trump.

Marvin Roffman is a Financial Analyst.

Mr. Roffman doesn't see how financially, Trump is going to be successful, with the Taj Mahal Casino project in the financial climate at the time.

Trump spent a billion dollars on the project.

Mr. Roffman expresses his opinion because that's what Financial Analysts do.

Trump, retaliates against Mr. Roffman and writes a threatening letter to Mr. Roffman's boss, treating to sue the firm if Mr. Roffman doesn't make a public apology or isn't removed from his position at the firm.

Mr. Roffman's firm fires him, after working there for 16 years, because he wouldn't back down from his opinion about Trump and the Taj Mahal Casino.

Mr. Roffman's boss told him to shut up about Trump or he will never work in the industry ever again.

The Taj Mahal failed, and never made a profit, everything Mr. Roffman said came true.

That's what happens when you build a casino in the middle of a recession.

Trump was never a real businessman, a promoter yes a businessman No.

Borrowers do not appraise Real Estate properties because they are NOT licensed professional appraisers who had passed their state exams to qualify as a licensed appraiser. It is the Bank's responsibility to get the properties appraised as required by the underwriters. Banks cannot make loans unless the collaterals have been assessed by licensed appraisers and the loans have to conform to underwriting standards. The banks and appraisers were either negligent or fraudulent. Therefore, the banks and the appraisers are liable for trebble damages to the Trump organization; furthermore, the banks are vicariously liable to the state of New York and SEC. The Bank's charter is at stake. The banks and the appraisers are the tortfeasors due to their own negligence. The standard of duty is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code UCC Article 3 and 4 with regards to rules governing banking procedures.
