The power joins the 100,000 square feet of tenant and public amenities on the constructing, which include Marcus Samuelson’s restaurant Hav + Mar, the brand new Olly Olly Food Hall, and a public art and event space that hosted the recent Basquiat exhibition.
The 601 Athletic Club boasts state-of-the-art Peloton equipment and offers exclusive programming comparable to for yoga and pilates classes, a walking club and “no-cooking” cooking classes.
