Many Russian tanks have a design feature that leads to an explosion and blows off the top. The ongoing war in Ukraine has put this vulnerability and the future of one of the world’s most popular tanks, the T-72, on public display. Photo: Genya Savilov/Agence France-Presse

A lot of 'buyers remorse' around the world by counties buying cheap & falling for Russian propaganda.
"Buy Russian tank, it come with ejection seat like Jet".
This is so useless. The last of a dying breed couldn’t go out quietly..
Talking about vulnerabilities in a tank produced in 1971? and being used by both belligerents?
Russia will take Ukraine soon.
Unfortunately I think the Chinese will give them the high tech equipment they lack.
Wouldn't any strike that makes it into the cabin of a tank kill the crew, regardless of where the tank's ammunition is stored?
The only vulnerability is that they are running out of them
American tank easily destroyed using RPG in Afghanistan and Iraq
this isn't a tank, it's a death trap. On the modern battlefield you are guaranteed to be hit sooner or later. The small size doesn't do anything at all to make it harder target, that is just wishful thinking. The protection needs to be more than just skin deep. The crews of these wretched junkers stand no chance of survival at all.
"Poptop"😂
Very sad 😭 to see one mans destruction Putin's special self inflicted oops 🤐, glory to Ukraine
Why American tanks exploding? https://youtu.be/3SPAX35mkeM 😏🇷🇺💪🏻🇷🇺💪🏻🇷🇺💪🏻🇷🇺💪🏻🇷🇺💪🏻🇷🇺💪🏻
This Russian tank should be the world record holder for the highest "Jack in the box effect". https://youtu.be/QiybJ8UuHXA
What nonsense… It doesn't matter whether the ammunition in the tank explodes or not. For the ammunition to explode, something has to penetrate the tank. That alone kills the entire crew. Obviously, no one is aware of what happens when the ammunition penetrates the tank…In the Russian tanks it is so cramped that it is impossible to survive a penetration. The turret crew is always dead, the driver at best has no back and no spine left.
Maybe, India should rethink using Russian tanks
I'm no tank expert, but in my opinion, ammo should be stored in the back of the tank, not in the turret either, as American tanks
Так идут деньги,
Поп! Идет танк, полный ласки
😆
dont be deceived.. the flying turrets are a instant exit.
Their probably loading the missiles in backwards
Since world war II the American military has decided to protect the soldiers…
Well armored planes…
NATO tanks that are safe to oriented.
of course that's excusing the world war II tanks that ran on gasoline.
I would hate to clean out what’s left of those guys in the wrecks
The drones are cool.
Low profile is good but comes at a price! Gun depression! Low profile isn't worth 2 cents if you have to expose yourself to engage the target!
