The Moscow Kremlin does not fulfill important functions in the world, security, respect for human rights, life, health, respect for property, mental health of its citizens, liberty rights, prison conditions, etc … They fueled an exaggerated arms race, limiting aid measures for the poorest countries. I live in a comnbat area, Ukraine. Or former Ukraine. As you wish, because borders actually don't matter. I've lived here for 28 years, the bigest part of my life. some time – away. Was born here as well. I at times watch different chanels with both views, read a lot and come to conclusions.
What I've always seen here, is that 80% of population (Eastern Ukraine), if not more, is pro Russian because they speak Russian and think Russian, also genetically Russian, 20-30% even pro Soviet, majorly older ones. I can really understand those 20-30% cause 85% we have here is from Soviet times, some – restored. Plus a huge part of Soviet infrastructure was destroyed, yes it was somewhat awfully looking, but WORKING. Modern politics, criminals, they've stolen a lot from us, ordinary people. Just little has been built, predominantly MALLS to earn them money. Soviet period wasn't great, although, due to a lack of choice and opression. Lots of areas at the beggining of 80s except political, gay opression so on were better then it is now. Especially dealing with corruption. So i undertand olds, but wouldn't want this now, perhaps with some huge transformations: more private property, equal rights to all, no corrupttion etc … utopia i guess.

You may not know, but there are raids to find so called "collaborators" in cities under Ukraine's governing, who is actually not helping Russia but not against it. They are proclaimed enemies or collaborators for not supporting Ukraine in all ways. Horrible stuff is happening guys…. There might be a search of actual collaborators here to, but actual.
One more thing. There is mines scattering gonig on in Donetsk. For Ukrainian government it became a war against civilians of Donbass now and Russian soldiers at the same time, launching mines is one of the ways for them. They no longer consider Donbass their territory but enemies, same Ukrainians with different views. Just to open smbd's eyes.
