This traveler took a hands-on approach to annoying their seatmates.
An unaware plane passenger has grow to be traveler enemy no. 1 on social media after a video surfaced of them reaching their hands behind their headrest and fully covering the seatback TV screen for the row behind them.
The clip, shared on Reddit, shows the fidgeting fingers as they pick their nails and poke across the display — all while a show is playing.
The Reddit user who posted the video, @d_p_e_k, described the incident secondhand on behalf of his cousin, who captured the footage while on a “long haul flight.
In a short time, and for months after, many online shot down the handsy hassler as one commenter called it “s–t behavior.”
Many suggested more diabolical ways to make the issue go away.
“Fake sneeze and flick some water on him,” someone suggested.
“You need to have held his hands,” wrote one other.
“Get an ice cube and wet their hands after which lick your lips when they give the impression of being at you,” sneered a fellow user.
“I’d’ve wiped a booger on his hands,” a fourth sinisterly added.
Nonetheless, others criticized the traveling cousin for selecting to take a video as an alternative of addressing the difficulty.
“Did your cousin’s mouth not work?” jeered one Reddit user.
“Communicate. It’s not that onerous to politely ask that they stop whatever’s causing the difficulty. Often, it’s just an easy mistake and so they’ll apologize and stop,” another person advised.
“in the event you don’t say something you deserve it,” concluded one other.
The screen being screened joins a bevy of recent eccentric air travel behavior — all of which is second class to the infamous Tiffany Gomas’ “not real” breakdown.
