So nice, he did it twice!
In the course of the royal family’s visit to the Royal International Air Tattoo — the biggest military air show on the planet — on Friday in Gloucestershire, England, Prince Louis, 5, stole the show once more after he seemingly recreated one in all his most viral moments.
The moment was captured by Sky News because the family toured the C-17 Globemaster III that flew Queen Elizabeth’s body back to London.
Prince Louis heard a big plane overhead, causing him to cover his ears with each of his hands, mouth agape — quite the same response to the flypast he heard while standing with the family on the Buckingham Palace balcony through the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.
In the course of the 2022 bash, the five-year-old was also seen making another funny faces, as he buried his hands in his face, pulled on his mouth, and gave a wave to the gang.
He was even captured chatting together with his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, who smiled and beamed at her young grandson.
On Twitter, some royal fans delighted within the family outing on Friday.
“This kid is the gift that keeps on giving, I really like him,” one royal fan commented about Prince Louis on Twitter.
One other agreed, typing, “I absolutely love this boy – what a personality, he’ll go far!!!”
“I get it prince Louis,” another person joked.
The young tot also showed off his comedic talents through the 2022 Platinum Jubilee Pageant, as he stuck his tongue out at mom Kate Middleton, 41, and put his fingers on his nose.
And, during his grandfather King Charles III’s historic coronation this past May at Westminster Abbey, the relatable Prince couldn’t stop yawning.
Prince Louis was joined by his dad, Prince William, 41, and Middleton, during this weekend’s outing, in addition to his two other siblings, Prince George, 9, and Princes Charlotte, 8.
On the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Instagram page, they shared some pictures from the day, including one which showed the family posing with the US air force.
“A family day trip on the @airtattoo – within the wonderful British summer weather ☔️ Great exploring the C-17 and meeting @usairforce crew,” the caption read. “And congratulations to the sensible winners of the Road to RIAT competition on designing a sustainable aircraft for the longer term of the RAF ✈️.”
In recent months, it looks as if Prince Louis has been making just a few more royal appearances than usual — and the Monday after the coronation ceremony, he made his first official royal engagement.
He joined his family as they visited a Brownie troop in Slough, England, to take part in an initiative titled “The Big Help Out” — which was a day filled with charity and volunteering.
In the course of the event, the children participated in fun activities like making s’mores, playing archery, and driving a wheelbarrow.
And apparently, Prince Louis shined through the big day.
“Louis was very enthusiastic and did a great job,” Anne Edwards, an adult Scout helper, told People on the time.
“He was determined to do all of it by himself, and he managed to dig the entire paintbrush in, flick it up and managed to cover quite just a few of us in paint!”
