Nina Agdal has had enough of Dillon Danis’ trolling throughout social media.
The model — who got engaged to YouTuber-turned-boxer, Logan Paul in July — is suing Danis and filed for a restraining order against the MMA star over his social media posts about her, in response to court documents filed Wednesday and obtained by TMZ.
Agdal, 31, claims within the lawsuit that Danis has posted “despicable” things about her greater than 250 times since his fight with Paul was announced earlier this summer — which she said caused her to suffer “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.”
The previous Victoria’s Secret model also alleged that one post Danis, which was shared Aug. 11, violated federal and state law.
That post, in response to the court documents, featured a sexually explicit image of Agdal that was taken from “a romantic encounter” she had with someone greater than 10 years ago.
“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal stated within the lawsuit, in response to the Each day Mail. “Later that day, Danis reposted the specific photograph with a purpose to maximize the variety of views it could receive.”
Agdal claims Danis only agreed to delete the image after Misfits Boxing — the promotion chargeable for the Paul-Danis fight, scheduled for Oct. 14 — threatened to cancel the bout unless he removed it from his social media.
The lawsuit also states that Agdal was upset over other posts by Danis, including an Aug. 28 tweet which she said showed a video of her discussing “her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy” that was from greater than six years ago.
Agdal asked for unspecified damages within the lawsuit — nevertheless, she is searching for a minimum of $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.
The model also asked a judge to ban Danis from posting sexually explicit images of her going forward.
As for Danis?
He has said his posts are helping promote his upcoming fight with Paul.
Danis responded to Agdal’s lawsuit on X on Wednesday.
“Nina Adgel has filed an enormous lawsuit against me,” he wrote. “She filed a restraining order against me and is searching for prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail.
“This is definitely wild but I won’t stop f–k the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
In a separate tweet, Danis wrote: “I’ll provide more details after I can, but since it’s a federal case, I can’t right now.”
He added of Agdal: “P.S. f–k that h-e.”
Adgal didn’t discuss Danis missing the fight in her lawsuit, nor did she ask for prison time for the MMA fighter, in response to TMZ.
