Could they be any more lovely?
Matthew Perry shared a really rare photo along with his dad, actor John Bennett Perry, via Instagram on Sunday.
“Here is me, and my father John, each holding a beverage,” he captioned the image.
Within the pic, the father-son duo are in truth holding a beverage each as they pose in what appears to be the “Friends” alum’s front room.
The “Odd Couple” alum, 54, and his dad, 82, are standing next to a billiard pool table and in front of a purple coach and sign that reads, “I forget what I forgot.”
The “17 Again” actor has been more vocal on social media as of late. Days earlier, he took a snapshot of his backyard and wrote, “Why can Elon Musk send a girl to the moon and never give you the chance to invent a silent leaf blower?”
The pair previously worked alongside of one another within the 1997 film “Fools Rush In.” John even appeared within the season 4 episode of “Friends” titled “The One with Rachel’s Recent Dress,” by which he played the daddy of Joshua, a love interest that Jennifer Aniston’s Rachel dated.
Matthew has remained close along with his “Friends” costars, which also includes Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc. It was Aniston, nonetheless, that called him out on his drug use while they filmed the NBC sitcom.
“I had long since gotten over her – ever since she began dating Brad Pitt, I used to be superb – and had worked out exactly how long to take a look at her without it being awkward, but still, to be confronted by Jennifer Aniston was devastating. And I used to be confused,” he wrote in his 2022 memoir titled, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing,” recalling the actress said “I do know you’re drinking.”
“I used to be the injured penguin, but I used to be determined to not let these wonderful people, and this show, down,” he wrote. “‘We will smell it,’ she said, in a sort of weird but loving way, and the plural ‘we’ hit me like a sledgehammer.”
The pair — together with the remaining of the solid — reunited for a 2021 HBO Max special.
Last 12 months, Matthew opened up about desired to be a father in the future himself.
“I believe I’d be great. I actually do,” he told People. “I grew up with a number of little kids around me, and that’s probably why, but I can’t wait.”
As for love, he added: “I’m not run by the fear I was run by so all the pieces’s sort of different. I’m feeling more confident and I’m not afraid of affection anymore, so the subsequent girl I’m going out with higher be careful.”
