President Biden delivers remarks announcing the final rule implementing the American Rescue Plan’s special financial assistance program.
President travels to Ohio to announce the final rule for the program, which will protect millions of workers in multi-employer pension plans who faced significant cuts to their benefits.
The President will be joined by Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh, Senator Sherrod Brown, ARP Coordinator Gene Sperling, Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb, Rep. Shantel Brown, and Rep. Marcy Kaptur.

We’ve had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but we can’t seem to get ahead.
