A girl claimed airport employees clipped her wings and took away her right to fly because her outfit was too revealing.
A 21-year-old OnlyFans model and influencer named Kine-Chan said she was barred from getting on her flight at Navegantes Airport in Brazil last weekend because her black two-piece outfit that resembled a bikini was too skimpy.
Kine-Chan, who was wearing a cosplay outfit of Rebecca, an anime character from Netflix’s “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners,” posted concerning the recent incident on her @kinechan2.0 Instagram account where she has over 600,000 followers.
“Xuxus, a really annoying situation happened this weekend! I attempted to board at Navegantes airport dressed as Rebecca’s Cosplay for an event. I already knew that I may very well be late, so I used to be dressed in order to not waste time and will go straight to my room,” she wrote.
“But I used to be told to go home and alter clothes since the one I used to be wearing was not ‘appropriate.’ I explained that I used to be going to an event. Anyway Rebecca barred lol,” she concluded.
Several of the influencer’s fans told her they think she must have covered up before getting on the plane.
“Glad it was blocked right angel let’s respect other people, warning, this isn’t a spot to wear lingerie or bikini,” one said.
“Kine i like you but for the love of God… you possibly can have placed on a straightforward pull-up outfit, like a falling dress or perhaps a button-down shirt,” one other commented.
“I like your job but that’s sort of obvious, I don’t consider bikini pornography but on a plane, I feel it’s inappropriate,” said a 3rd.
Others expressed their support for the model.
“It’s really disappointing to see that Camboriú Spa Airport has blocked you, a talented artist, for such a tremendous cosplay by Rebecca. Freedom of expression and creativity should at all times be encouraged and revered. I hope situations like this may be avoided in the long run. Keep shining together with your art and cosplay,” one person said.
This isn’t the one time an airport has had a problem with a passenger’s outfit. Two women who were wearing crop tops paired with a protracted skirt and pants said American Airlanes made them change because their outfits were revealing, but they become shorts which ended up showing more skin.
