I always enjoy Ken Auletta's reporting….he wrote about the Theranos scamster, ELIZABETH HOLMES
No matter how much abuse you have been through in your childhood, you can't just rape and abuse women. You can seek help and get into therapy. Story of abuse is no excuse for your crimes.
Harvey didn't do those things, he was wrongfully convicted without the evidence – please read up on his trial.

I hope no one believes such behavior has ended in Hollywood. Weinstein was not the first, only, or last powerful Hollywood figure to engage in such salacious activities.

She refused to be silent about abuse with her students. She spoke up and I am glad about her having done so, as well. It probably saved me from abuse, as a child there. She also said, "Will Rogers never met Hitler either." She was his age. She knew their tricks. She'd teach them to you if you listened when she spoke. These women spoke. Earth learned.

What's sad is that we're more fascinated by the scandal than we are disgusted.
It's the industry. I cannot believe some of these women were that naive. Most of them you and I never heard of. When you end up in someone's hotel room what do you think is going down? They didn't know who Weinstein was? At that at least he was some sort of big wheel? Puhleeze. I'm not condoning his m.o. but a lot of that could easily been avoided. So maybe the career doesn't go anywhere. It's not a business for short pants and cry babies.
