Thousands of angry residents in the South African city of Krugersdorp attacked a group of illegal miners with machetes, golf clubs and hammers after a gang rape last week shocked the nation. Around 84 were arrested and appeared before court this week.

Update the women that was raped 10 times was found dead last Thursday so she will not be giving evidence in court. The rapists have been released and it’s case closed.
