Oh baby, baby.
Britney Spears fans at the moment are convinced the Y2K pop idol was referencing her abortion — which the singer now says she had after former boyfriend Justin Timberlake allegedly got her pregnant — in a music video for her 2003 hit, “Everytime.”
Spears, 41, claims in her upcoming memoir, “The Woman In Me,” that the pair, who dated from 1999 to 2002, got pregnant, but opted to terminate. Timberlake, 42, didn’t wish to turn out to be a father, based on the “Toxic” singer.
This bombshell revelation had fans looking back to the video for “Everytime,” famously written about her split with the “Cry Me a River” singer — with many heartbrokenly hypothesizing that each the song and the video may very well be in regards to the former couple’s lost child.
Within the now 20-year-old video, Spears races down the hallways of a hospital, entering the room of a girl who appears to flatline, after which one other, where a girl cradles her newborn baby girl.
“So, Britney Spears’ Everytime is definitely a lullaby for her unborn child with Justin Timberlake. This makes the meaning of the song a complete lot different now. She’s drowning herself to be together with her baby; that’s my interpretation of the song & [music video],” one fan speculated on X, referencing one other scene where Spears drowns in a tub.
“The HORRIBLE news about Britney’s abortion bc of Justin Timberlake just took ‘Everytime’ music video to a complete latest view. She deserved higher,” a second echoed.
“Britney Spears kept touching her stomach during this performance of ‘Everytime.’ All of it is sensible now,” one other fan shared a video of Spears performing live throughout the “Continue to exist ABC Special In The Zone” in 2004.
One other heartstring-tugging video circulating on X shows a crying Spears within the studio recording the track, asking if she will sing it yet one more time.
The Post has contacted reps for Spears and Timberlake for comment.
Her memoir, “The Woman In Me,” will likely be released on Oct. 24.
