Africa is in need of a widespread irrigation system that supplies water to the areas most needed. If countries can build gas pipelines across a continent, then other countries can build water pipelines too.

The real answer to most of Africa's food security is the removal of the incredible amount of corruption on this continent!

  6. Lilian says:

Good job Africa, hopefully the governments there will get more involved into assisting farmers to boost local production – it is indeed in a weird way also a "blessing" for Africa, it brought this problem to the front.

😅China just try to feed it's people also wrong doing. Also a threat to U.S. security.😅

May 27, 2022 Caitlin McFall,Fox News -China’s determination to become self-sufficent and resolve its food security challenges could put the U.S., as the world’s leading producer in agriculture, in Beijing’s crosshairs, a federal report warned this week.

The report released by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC) warned that China’s efforts to bolster its agricultural sector not only pose an economic challenge but a threat to U.S. security.

If green house farmers can reduce use of agri-chemicals on plants growing, the practice can be much better.i visited few farms and what i saw was not good.

How wonderful is that capitalism reaches the far edges of the world, revolutionizes agriculture and everything, and definitely paves the way for real communism! Long live science! Long live the working class! Long live the future!

Less procreation is the answer. Africa has been seeking handouts for decades. There isn't a single successful African country

I haven’t felt to garden this year. Maybe next year! Green house is definitely a help. I grow indoors at my window sill like if it’s a greenhouse. lol

It’s difficult even in Europe. But the West want to use Africa as experiment. The green food should have started in Europe first because they are the one that come up with this so called green farms.

Not long before the eu and western organizations dump their food products at bottom prices unto these nations and destroy those farms. Disguised as international food aid.

Marcus "Self-Reliance" Garvey SPIRIT lives on in the Whirlwind. Bless up the General for having the Vision and the Courage to return home and get started in Agriculture. For far too long us the farmers have been neglected by our Buffer Class Leaders. Now that we all saw what happened Sri Lanka, people are waking up to the need to support your local farmer like ever European country does.
Its a shift in MINDSET and I am happy to be alive to see it happening. Exciting days ahead for Africa AS IT WAS WRITTEN…Prophet
