Chad Michael Murray is setting the record straight on entrepreneur Erin Foster’s claims that he cheated on her with Sophia Bush within the early 2000s.
“It’s not one among those things that I would like to go down the road of because there’s just never a winner,” the “One Tree Hill” alum, 42, told E! News. “I feel blessed to be where I’m at once.”
He added that he prefers to not reminisce prior to now. “I live within the now, I live in the current, I live in the long run,” he said.
“Things have modified so dramatically for me since I used to be a young man that I just attempt to live on this space—at all times,” Murray sighed.
He added: “So, I don’t think you’ll ever find me saying anything negative or hurtful about anybody. I never will. That’s just not me. I’m not going to do it.”
“I actually have more regrets in my life than I care to take into consideration, but I don’t live prior to now,” Murray said. “I attempt to move forward each day and just go, ‘I got air in my lung, life in my step, the need to maneuver forward and the sun’s gonna rise on an attractive tomorrow.’”
Murray married the “Chicago P.D.” alum, 41, in 2005 they usually divorced later that very same 12 months. In early 2006, Bush filed for an annulment, citing fraud, but her request was denied.
The 2 starred on the drama series from 2003 until Murray’s departure in 2009.
Foster, 41, and Murray dated from 2001 until 2002.
Last month, the “Latest Normal” author alleged on her radio program “The World’s First Podcast” to her sister, Sara Foster, that Murray “definitely did cheat on me with [Bush], in like, a fairly egregious way.”
“While we were living together. Pretty cool,” she claimed.
While Bush didn’t address the claims, her pal and fellow “One Tree Hill” co-star Hilarie Burton slammed the speculation.
The previous “TRL” VJ, 41, contradicted the rumor on her Instagram Stories in October, shooting back at Erin: “As a one that had a front row seat then? This wasn’t it. We were all told you’d been broken up which is why our guy was perusing her.”
“Now that is being spun to make my sister appear to be a brazen harlot. And if she’s anyone’s harlot, it’s mine!”
Burton then tagged Erin within the post and said she could be “completely happy to debate” her claims. Nevertheless, the “White Collar” actress didn’t stop there as she continued to support Bush.
“There are such a lot of unnamed sources making claims in regards to the woman I really like, so f–k it. I’ll be a named source,” Burton went on. “Lotta web voices being nasty, and as the one that knows the true timeline? It will be laughable if it wasn’t so hurtful.”
