M.D. BAE Naval Ships, Sir Simon Lister O.B.E endorses second “Putin style” kangaroo court?

Richard Baker H.R. Director BAE Naval Ships is corrupt.

Sven Hanssen, Engineering Manager, B.A.E. Naval Ship, 48 Fullarton Crescent, Troon, was found guilty of corruption by independent investigator Director Mark Ferris of Maritime Services. The investigation was given a limited scope.

As an OPR appeals manager Sven disregarded company procedures, ignored provable evidence and created a document with a false narrative. He was assisted by Nicola Steele a H.R. case coaching manager, guilty of being complicit in corruption. Sven was appointed by Richard Baker H.R. Director B.A.E Naval Ships. When Richard couldn’t get the result he wanted using Sven The Corrupt, he created a new OPR appeals process. The new presiding officer is appointed by Richard, Their name is only known by Richard, the evidence is given to them only by Richard, they do no interviews, there is no oversight and the result of the appeal is given to Richard. If Richards blatantly obvious corruption is allowed to stand it can only be assumed ethics Manager Sharon Brown, Legal Director Graham McKinnon and M.D. Sir Simon Lister endorse Richards, Putin style, Secret Kangaroo Court. If this is the case it can only be concluded that they are equally corrupt

Historically only 0.5% of executives were rated as unsatisfactory or inconsistent at the end of year, overall performance ratings(OPR). BAE’s H.R.performance guidelines states executives should be having on going discussions throughout the year about their performance, executives should be made aware of and given support, training and development. They should also be aware throughout the year what overall performance rating they would be trending towards for the end of the year.

Line managers assumed the status quo prevailed throughout 2021, there was no communication from H.R. to say otherwise. Very few were told that they were trending towards the bottom end of the performance scale.

In mid November, over 11 months into a 12 month cycle, M.D Sir Simon Lister told his Directors that he wanted 10% to be rated as inconsistent or unsatisfactory.

Most Directors communicated Sir Simon’s ask reluctantly to line managers, as they knew it would cause problems within the executive work force. Some managers ignored or refused to follow the 10% instruction, some conceded under pressure. Some rated their reports as inconsistent and told them to appeal, as the rating would be over turned at appeal, because the OPR on going yearly process hadn’t been followed.

In contrast, the promotion hungry secured their place on directors succession plans and accelerated performance plans by ignoring the OPR guidelines and enforcing Sir Simon’s diktat.

Many were put under pressure not to appeal their ratings. The result was that the inconsistent rating went up from the historical 0.5% to approximately 5%

Unfortunately some that did appeal were confronted by, proven to be corrupt, appeals managers like Sven Hanssen supported by complicit case coaching manager like Nicola Steel. Now to get the result Richard wants he has replaced Sven The Corrupt with Richard’s Secret Kangaroo Court. The optics don’t look good.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and loosing all the good opportunities 🙁

crash and bullish market provides equal high-yield potential, it's all about information and strategy application, I've seen folks make huge 7figure profit in a crashing market and pull it off as easily in a bull market , Unequivocally the crash/recession is getting somebody somewhere rich
