Bruce Springsteen has postponed all of his September concert dates because the legendary rocker is treated for symptoms of peptic ulcer disease.
“Over here on E Street, we’re heartbroken to must postpone these shows,” an announcement posted on The Boss’ Instagram Wednesday night read.
“First, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed just a few weeks ago. We’ll be back to select these shows up after which some. Thanks on your understanding and support,” it added.
“We’ve been having a blast at our US shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We’ll be back soon. Love and God bless all, Bruce.”
Because the 73-year-old’s statement alluded, two of the now-affected dates are rescheduled Philadelphia shows that were set for last month, however the “Dancing Within the Dark” singer fell in poor health and pushed them to this month.
The post further claimed that Springsteen’s medical advisers made the choice for him to beat back his September performances.

He just performed on the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, on Sept. 1.
