We have landed softy, Treasuries are always an indicator of future events. The Fed only matters when they are given us free money. They can’t take money from us and they can’t stop anything. It’s up to the markets players to control inflation by the way we circulate capital. For transparency purposes I have been selling out all of my 5 yr. treasury longs with yields from 3.60%-3.25% with a profit. I unloaded them between 3.10% – 3.015%. The only position I am keeping is the Yields I purchased at 3.70% and above. I am currently and will be selling 5 yr. note futures from 3.015% yield all the way to 3.25%. We could retest the 3.50% level again. We have come a little too fast too soon.
