Reflecting the brand new energy in East Midtown, two major luxury names are coming to 500 Park Ave. at East 59th Street, which consists of the 11-story former Pepsi-Cola constructing and a 40-story condo tower.
Vera Wang signed a 26,708 square-foot office lease, moving uptown from East twenty sixth Street. The designer can have office and showroom space on your complete fifth floor and a part of the seventh floor.
Meanwhile, Portuguese-founded luxury furniture and interior accessories brand Frato will launch its first Latest York store with 4,641 square feet at street level on the 59th Street corner.
