
Cricket batters will join Yankee sluggers on YES next month.
The published home of the Bronx Bombers has inked a cope with on-demand streaming platform Willow by Cricbuzz to televise Major League Cricket, the corporations announced.
Jumping on the recognition of the continued Cricket World Cup, which played first-round matches on Long Island, YES will carry seven contests featuring defending MLC champion MI Latest York during their upcoming season.
YES subscribers can catch matches starting with the July 5 season-opener — which pits MI Latest York against the 2023 runners-up Seattle Orcas, starting at 3:30 pm ET.
“The recent triumph of the US cricket team over Pakistan within the ICC T20 World Cup has ignited a nationwide cricket frenzy,” said Todd Myers, chief operating officer of Willow by Cricbuzz.

MI Latest York is playing its matches in Grand Prairie, Texas, and Morrisville, NC, while it seeks to construct a everlasting stadium in Marine Park, Brooklyn.
