A real estate broker specializing in international sales says Americans are moving because they can work remotely, to have more space and for a better work-life balance. One woman from Georgia decided to make the move because she was fed up with the cost of living in the states. The top destinations Americans are moving to are Greece, Italy and France.

I'm moving to Thailand in the coming future. It truly is unsafe here in the US. I've never had anything bad happen to me *knock on wood*, but i've heard stories from friends and families. Everyone says how other countries have corrupt government, but ours is just as corrupt, if not worse. Theres nothing special about living in the US.

The only reason why I’ve decided to stay is because I’m dedicating my career to the care and research of American grey wolves, as well as attending college in the states. If I was doing literally anything else, I would move out of the country. This is why I’m so thankful that I don’t have any health conditions besides unmedicated anxiety— which I can cope with. I would be screwed otherwise, this country’s healthcare is outrageously bad. I can’t wait to move out into a more rural area where I’m far away from all the insane political folk.
