White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor wrote in a memo Mr. Biden had a temperature of 99.4 degrees Thursday night that was treated with Tylenol. Mr. Biden still has a runny nose, fatigue and occasional “loose” cough, Dr. O’Connor said.
