As a Canadian I feel that returning the turbine to Russia was a show of support to Europe, we understand a cold winter. Putins choice to not follow through and keep his word is not at all surprising. Poroshenko created this crisis initially by negotiating with Putin in bad faith ( Minsky) agreement was a one-sided drama. Payback time, stop crying!
