Man, this white on white crime needs to stop. I suggest we take money from the schools, music programs, and city spending in general. Show their community that this is not acceptable. We need gun buy back programs in those neighborhoods IMMEDIATELY, with 24 hour police monitoring in their neighborhoods. Show these animals we mean business. Legalize gun sales for 10 year olds so they can defend themselves in such an emergency. Currently your kids are defenseless in case something like this happens.

Kids ate very smart I remember going to chuck-e-cheese and I told my mom “I don’t have a good feeling about this I think something will happen” and the 3 hours in they were hear someone yells because two adults had got into a fight here was screaming and someone yells “he has a gun!” Luckily no one got hit except for the man that got beat up.
