barely a decade ago, you could stretch 25 dollars with a week’s worth of groceries – 5lbs whole chicken, 1 lb prime cut beef, 3lbs lentils, 3 heads cauliflower, 5 heads broccoli, and 5lbs worth of various herbs and spices onions and garlic, throw in some more canned goods and preserves. These days it’s just not possible anymore – lots of CCTVs all around the grocery!
I always wonder how can the typical family with average income afford a higher rate+ more expensive home? in my area multi generational home is becoming the norm . Don’t forget to add the inflation which just this week was 9.1 on the CPI , producers index 11.3, it’s going to be a rough ride for sure

Seniors, even if they do not drive, have state issued ID's. No more excuses.
