when US invaded iraq that take almost a month.. US sent around half a million personnel, over 490,000 combat troops accompanied by other troops from UK, Poland, Italy and bunch if others. Baghdad was in a deprived state after 10 years of economic and political clampdown. how a 40,000 russian going to invade ukraine without going all out and killing a large number of civilians who are pro-russian, i dont know. In Iraq war a million died by US army .. because if indescriminate and punitive bombing of cities. russia has to re-think about their strategy and aim

OSZE.

    3.
    Der Westen und die NATO
ist entgegen ihrer Versprechen immer weiter an die russische Grenze gerückt (sogar in ehemalige Sowjetrepublik en)

All the East of "ukraine" is Russia (Treaty of Pereiaslav 1654, Treaty of Eternal Peace 1686) from 1654 Russians talk about the Tsar of All the Russias which included the Kievan Rus. The entire South was land occupied by the Ottoman Empire conquered by Russia in the 1770s (the conquests of Prince Potemkin during the reign of Catherine the Great) the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca 1774, all the land along the Black Sea littoral became part of the Empire's Novaya Rossya (New Russia) and settled by Russians. Russians built the cities of Sebastopol, Odessa, Marioupol, Melitopol, Kherson, Dnipro etc. This is all Russia for 300 years the USA didnt even exist yet, France did not have its modern form and so on. Putin is perfectly rational in wanting these back in the fold of Russia. Unfortunately, westerners are amnesic analphabets that have no concept or respect for history. Keep whining you mongers. Since the amerikan-backed coup of 2104 and the narcissistic, buffoon, puppet zelenski put in place by the amerikans, there has been a concerted effort to squash Russian culture in "ukraine" (keep in mind the East and South has a large population of ethnic Russians who look East. West of the Dnieper are more Polish Lithiuanians (the ones who sided with the nazis during WWII to fight the Russians)). Under the puppet zelenski the Russians in the East have been bombed and attacked in pogroms by the "ukraininan" army and prevented from teaching Russian to their kids in school, just general repession of their natural Russian culture. There are historical and contemporary realities that made it necessary for Russia to act now because the governement in Kiev chose to ignore the Minsk Accords of 2014. You cannot just believe the diseased, amerikan-influenced media and the unanalytical, knee-jerk moralizing of the press designed to impress the stupefied, unthinking, poorly educated, and unable-to-think-critically, masses (amerika is awash with 3rd rate schools, colleges, and universities that pump out droves of brain-dead, useless sausages with useless degrees). Thanks to the aid from the amerikans and its servile european drudges to "ukraine" there has been more death and collateral damage than was needed for Russia to recover its own territories that ended up in the former SSR of "ukraine." If you want to point fingers at why this became so brutal and destructive as always just look to the amerikans and its prostrate European vassals. This is their specialty.

Reasons why the West is responsible for the war in Ukraine:
    1. the West helped in the coup of the legitimately elected president on the Maidan with at least 5 billion US dollars and with payment of Georgian snipers
    2. The West covers up the murders of the Asov fascists in Donbass 14000 dead 75% Russian-speaking people in Donbass according to OSCE.
    3.
    The West and NATO
has moved further and further to the Russian border, contrary to their promises
    The list is not exhaustive

Russia consider Crimea a legitimate part of Russia Federation. If Ukraine going to take it back, Russia will absolutely declare war on Ukraine.
In war time, Russia could mobilize conscripts, turning it industrial complex which hidden in Siberia into war machine making facilities. If you take a look at history, Russia always fight very viciously when it come to Crimea no matter who the enemy( Tatar, Ottoman, Britain,..) ,in WW2 Sevastopol is one of the last places fall to Germany in Ukraine. People of Crimea are totally for Russia, you could find any travel vlog in which blogger in the past eight years or get to know with someone from Crimea through social platform then asking regular Crimea inhabitants about their opinion on Russia, it is very optimistic.
