Don't live in fear, that what they want because it is the energy that the darkness siphon off of us in order to survive. Every time they create a energy of fear through fear mongering us your fears feeds them, so we have to stop feeding them by choosing not to be scared and fearful all this time. The way radioactive decay works. When the bomb explodes, every element and isotope in the known universe is created at once. Half-lives could last any span of time. From 1 second, to 10 seconds, to a week, to a year, to 30 years, to 10,000 years, to 7 million years and to 1 billionth of a second. The shorter the half-life, typically more energy is released.

So in other words: If I had $100 of nuclear radioactive decay energy-currency
Once 5 seconds after the bomb explodes I'd have something like $70 left
After an hour it would be like $40 left
After a week it would be $10 left
After a year it would be 50 cents left
After 30 years it would be 4 cents left

When there was a fire at the Chenobyl power plant. People gathered on a bridge to watch the fire from a couple miles away. All of them died shortly after because the dust clung to their hair, skin, and clothes and they never washed it off. It's the short-lived isotopes you really have to worry about. After a month or two. The risk for that type of exposure is non-existent.

By staying indoors for 24 hours. You go from 100% energy left from radioactive decay. To something like 30%. The dust settles on the ground and when it rains it goes out to sea and settles deeper in the soil.

Once it's no longer in the air. You have to worry about substances the body absorbs like Iodine, Strontium, and Cesium. Radioactive Iodine has a half-life around a week. Stronium-90 and Cesium-137 have half-lives around 30 years. Those last two are absorbed into the bones and teeth and stay with you the rest of your life. Your exposure will be from food and water. Especially from milk from pasture fed mammals.

Every single person on planet earth has radioactive strontium and cesium in their teeth. Because it's artificial, it 100% came from Chernobyl, Fukushima, or atmospheric nuclear testing.

After a bomb goes off. Simply staying indoors, shutting the windows and doors and turning off fans & AC. Will save your butt from preventable exposure.
