Three things to observe within the Giants’ final preseason game against the Jets on Saturday.
1. Last 12 months’s out-of-nowhere fan favorite, Tommy DeVito, is anticipated to get most — if not all — of the snaps at quarterback.

With Drew Lock’s health uncertain, DeVito has a shot to make the team as Daniel Jones’ backup, to begin the 12 months at the least.
2. Undersized (6-foot-0, 278 kilos) and undrafted defensive tackle Elijah Chatman drew praise for his chase-down tackle of Texans running back J.J. Taylor through the second preseason game.
He can solidify a spot on the roster with a robust showing.
3. The backup running back job behind starter Devin Singletary stays open.
Second-year Eric Gray and rookies Tyrone Tracy and Dante “Turbo” Miller should all play.
