Been watching the comeback since Detroit exiting bankruptcy and it's been happening. And it's River Walk has been named the nation's finest 2 years in a row now. New construction and renovation is citywide, and graffiti and dumping has been addressed. Go Detroit!

Detroit is #1 on the list of American cities with the highest percentage of its residents living below the poverty level. What the hell is so great about that? Throw up a few new buildings in the downtown area and construct a River Walk (that you wouldn't dare go on after dark), and suddenly it's one of the World's Greatest Places? I think not.
