Don’t look now, but Tiger Woods is creeping up the Masters Tournament odds board.
Woods jumped to +6600 at BetMGM Sportsbook to win the 2024 Green Jacket after going 1-under through 13 holes on Thursday during a primary round cut short by rain.
The golf legend entered the tournament as a large long shot (+12500) to return out on top in Augusta for the sixth time.
He’s tied for seventeenth with 14 other players heading into Friday’s play.
Woods is playing in his first tournament since withdrawing from the Genesis Invitational in February with the flu and skipping the Players Championship in March.

He’s attempting to make a record-breaking twenty fourth consecutive Masters cut.
Before teeing off on Thursday, Woods was +110 to make the cut, +900 to complete in the highest 10, +350 to complete in the highest 20 and +2200 to complete in the highest five of the tournament at BetMGM.
Woods will play the ultimate five holes of Round 1 early Friday morning before starting his second round later within the day.
Even together with his best days behind him, the betting public likes to put their money behind Woods.
Betting on golf?
Woods was BetMGM’s biggest liability before the tournament, garnering 5.4 percent of tickets and 4.4 percent of the handle to win.
Scottie Scheffler, who got here into the tournament as a historic favorite, stays at the highest of the percentages board (+150, BetMGM) after shooting 6-under.
Scheffler trails only Bryson DeChambeau, who went 7-under and has the next-best odds to win the tournament (+600).
Reigning Masters winner Jon Rahm was amongst the largest fallers of the day, going from +1200 pre-tournament to +5000 to placed on his second straight Green Jacket.
