Which country is Lithuania? where do they fit in Europe? These minute inferior countries are flexing their muscles in Russia too much. The hate is beyond understanding. But this man is quite better than most of their politicians

Germany sitting on their hands helping Russia, can’t believe they don’t do much as they can to keep Europe free from Russia invading more European territory.

This guy is dreaming. There's nothing the Baltics or NATO could do if Russia decides to move in. It would take Russia all but one week to capture the Baltics.

Ukraine isn't a democracy either. It's one of Europe's most corrupt countries where political opponents go to prison. He seems to have forgotten that.

  13. Unknown Individual says:

This clown doesn't really believe the US is there to stop the war, does he? This war isn't about Ukraine or anyone in the area. It's about the US using Ukraine as a training and proving ground for their own troops and equipment. And let's also not forget, the huge opportunity to steal both cash and weapons. There are many fortunes to be made in all wars the US so conveniently inserts themselves into.

I can tell you, Republicans messed up when their ideologues on the US Supreme Court repealed the right to abortion, contraception, and gay dignity (no constitutional right to privacy). See Kansas referendum on Aug 2nd. There will be a Republican rout in 2022 and 2024. Democrats and democracy are on the march.

The Lithuianian FM hit on a vital point concerning the U.S and it's commitment to European defense. He has highlighted quite clearly his, and European leaders worries that Trump was pushing the U.S away from it's responsibilities and that any future American leader might do the same. This must NEVER happen. Trump proved what a dangerous man he was to consider such an act and leave Europe in a weaker defensive state. Furthermore, Trump was an advocate for closer relations with Russia during his presidency. In my opinion, Trump's actions encouraged Putin to take a more aggressive stance on Europe which has led to the war in Ukraine once Trump was out of office.
Putin believed that he saw apparent divisions within the European alliance in the wake of Trump's presidency and has tried to exploit it. Thankfully, the Europeaan alliance and NATO for the most part has reaffirmed its commitment to security and America so far has done more than its fair share to support it.

Finely, a germen who might send more than helmets. Germany forgets they have had a free ride for 70 years now and for over 50 years refused to take the American oil and instead went to their enemies side. AMEN,

WOW I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET A GERMAN TO ADMITT THE USA IS DWARFING EUROPE in military power and production which is not a big deal right guys but 2% is what, for years now, supposed to be the NATO financial inpute. A few of the beautiful new members to NATO kick in 2.3,plus in to NATO. and then the Germans again . He is like they just keep sending, MORE AND MORE and very vaguely this type of a concession. But his point is, he wants to able to support Europe better militarily and how difficult it will be? I am now acutely aware of how important the maintenance alone is or must be Gigantic. There is a few billion right there. Nuclear maintenance through the proverbial roof.

It also has the means to support this proxy war to the point of starting WW3….no, its not worth the risk.
I’d prefer to let the Russians take the whole country than see that happen.

  24. Jean Townsend says:

He's right. Every democracy must do the maximum that it can. He gives a lot of credit to my country, the USA, but I have to say that I include my country in saying that help to Ukraine was given "too little and too late". as they say, for a quick victory and limited damage and death. America has a weapon I believe it must immediately supply which it has not yet. It's the Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS), which have an accurate 200-mile range. It is like HIMARs except that HIMARS have a range up to only 40 miles. Accordingly, I have written to my senators, representative, and President urging them to send Ukraine several of them, and I may also phone them later in the week. I think Lithuania deserves special praise for its support of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. Slava Ukraini! Heroyam slava!

From 🇺🇸, of the older generation , almost Pootlers age , I am VERY VERY HAPPY to hear these views from this younger generation, which I have great faith in .
I am impressed with them and think we need to see MORE of them . They have their fingers in the PULSE ,,,. It is very Clear that they appreciate our experience. I am beyond proud of General Miley and Sec Austin ; but these folks can better Translate that wisdom and experience to TODAYS problems .

  30. Butch Edwards says:

This war is nothing more than a criminal empire protecting their operation. The Biden regime is in it up to their collective eyeballs. All people have to do is to recall when then VP Obiden blackmailed the president into firing the prosecutor investigating his son, plus the emails saying the Big Guy gets his 10% . Ukraine had a CIA led coup, also under Obama, that led to this moment. Total organized corruption.

only way to finish the war is to retake and seal all of the borders of Ukraine, including the take back of Crimea, immediately put Ukraine under the Nato Alliance, then move all of Nato forces in to protect those borders. offer the trapped Russian forces the choice of defect or drop their weapons and get shipped back across the border.

There's a fundamental error in thinking here: Advanced weaponry is wasted on untrained troops, so the idea that you just give them the latest and best at the outset is foolish. How demoralized would their forces be if given the best eq, they've still taken the losses they had, which are significant. No, first it was wise to pool together the remaining stockpiles of Soviet Era kit and as, when, if, they learn, then bring forth the more advanced eq.
