I remember when the ABC claimed Dr Swan was the first person in Australia to ring alarms bells over COVID. Based on a broadcast made weeks AFTER the Morrison government had declared a COVID emergency. Dr Swan has been a great source of changing advice. Masks, no masks, masks!!!. Stay away from the AstraZeneca vaccine, prefer the AstraZeneca vaccine. It has been a long haul but we appear to have got through the pandemic by ignoring media medicos such as Dr Swan. But at least he was a doctor. One media epidemic expert who was a constant presence and constant critic of the Morrison government turned out to have an unmentioned lack of medical qualifications but also unmentioned past employment working with the Labor Party. How did that get past Paul Barry's watchdog?
