Tall leaders who sacrificed their personal lieves had been shamed 2days ago by Boris Johnson and Canadian Prime Minister in G7 meeting in Germany. All should be sacked and fined for uttering nonsense in public. Are these heads of states or some hooligans? Are they educated or uneducated? Do they expect international community to give credence to their views? They were demeaning their own nations, betraying their citizens and destroying public trust. Strongest actions must be taken against all these offenders by the institions and Supreme courts. They should be banned from public life.

Joe Biden, Olaf Scholz and Macron should have walked out. What was Ms. Ursula von der Leyen saying in the middle of the disgusting conversation. She should also be sued, fined and banned from public life.

I agree that exercise is good for life. Exercise and diets together is fantastic. I used to make some pushups everyday that helped me to boost my confidence. Do it every day and enjoy!
