I keep hearing legal experts say 'the statute' is not often used adding, it's been more than a half-century (many say 100 years) for anyone to serve time in jail. It's never been used in 100 years BECAUSE IT'S NEVER BEEN NEEDED! This is the first attempt at overthrowing the government by a president and his Lemmings e.g. Steve Bannon, Mike Flynn, LOONEY GIULIANI etc. So now the sentence IS needed and should be applied to its fullest commensurate extent.
