Following last month’s Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade, lawmakers are considering new measures to protect constitutional rights established by the court that could now be in jeopardy. NBC News’ Julia Jester breaks down whether there is bipartisan support for new measures in Congress and how new bills could impact the upcoming midterm elections.
