And you want to lower violence in bad neighborhoods? Put Police Precincts inside of bad neighborhoods. Have checkpoints in and out of bad neighborhoods. Nobody leaves into the outer city without producing papers and vehicle searches. That way the crime stays inside of their jungle. Their neighborhoods. People who are criminals don't deserve to he afforded due process. They don't deserve to he treated as law abiding citizens. Rochester used to be a beautiful city, my family still lives there but I'm scared to go back and visit because of the crime. Its no longer safe to take afternoon walks do Monroe ave, Park ave, or any avenue. It's so sad.
