Interesting how most of the stuff melts runways over there, now talking in America, some of our air bases are in stupid hot conditions right? Curious to know how they deal w it. I think in Great Britain, it just never reaches that temp so there’s need to worry about stuff like that? The question is jumbled but if you can read it, let me know!

I was in Iraq in 2003, and that was the worst heat/ weather I’ve ever felt and I’m from South Louisiana. I wonder how it is possible for that place to get any hotter without busting into flames.

For all of you saying “Oh why don’t they just build AC units?”, the point is they never should have needed to. This shouldn’t have happened in the first place but we’ve done barely anything to prevent climate change.

39 degrees is insanely hot. Here in Malaysia we're accustomed to hot and humid weather all year long but our infrastructure is built specifically for this. Yet when temperatures reach 36, there will be heat stroke warnings, people will be advised to stay indoors and drink plenty of water. Everywhere will be making use of air conditioning. So for a country not designed for heated weather at all, that will be unbearable.
