Marsha Kearney was wearing her son’s jersey when she was captured on surveillance video in late September appearing to steal an unopened package from her neighbor’s porch that had Chapell Roan records inside.
A warrant was issued for her arrest on Oct. 8 and she turned herself in to the Tarrant County Sherriff’s Office on Oct. 15 on one count of misdemeanor theft.
Kearney is due in court next month.
