And for the second 12 months in a row, the Hong Kong-based Mandarin Oriental hotels were awarded first place.

The exclusive brand flies just three flags in america — including one right here within the Big Apple, high above Columbus Circle.
To find out the winners, the pampering pros said they created an algorithm analyzing 130 “touchpoints” relevant to the posh hotel sector.
“The main target is on a brand’s ability to deliver on its passion, commitment, ethos, and values, along with the standard of its management and staff,” the group said in an announcement.
“Continuing investment and the way it’s utilized are also significant aspects, particularly regarding latest properties and the refurbishment of existing ones,” they continued.
Mandarin currently operates 40 hotels and a slew of branded residential properties in 26 countries and territories.
The unique Hong Kong hotel opened in 1963.
Bulgari, Oetker Collection, Six Senses and Aman rounded out the highest five.
Several brands — Bulgari, Dorchester Collection and COMO — made the list for the primary time.
“The inclusion of Bulgari is especially relevant as they’re a really focused and well-managed organization, with each property delivering a really ultra-luxury guest experience,” Michael Crompton, Founding father of LTI, said in an announcement.
Out of the winning bunch, Aman, Rosewood, Auberge, 4 Seasons and Peninsula all have locations in Recent York.
“With ongoing senior management shifts across the brands, continued eye-watering investment levels, and the aggressive competition in chasing the growing High Net Price travel spend, who knows what next 12 months will bring,” Crompton said.
