So he was charged with murder after some punk in a high crime area was shooting at him with an air rifle? Something doesn't smell right. Again it seems like democrat activist DAs are making criminals into victims .. over and over.

This government really dont want people let alone an entire community to defend itself. They call it vigilantism. They dont want you to discipline your own children or to protect your own community. They want to protect their billion dollar industrial prison complex system. And control the people totally.Theres big money in poverty, crime and madness, also it creates jobs. As long as it stays out of the wealthy areas of America, its allowed. They've taken the most basic right to defend ourselves out of our hands. Do you think China, Vietnam, North Korea, Cuba, Iran and other countries would allow lawlessness to over take their citizens? You can say what you want about thier systems ( many Americans are ignorant about these places and only believe western media anyhow )but their citizens can walk down the street without fear of being jumped on, robbed or shot by another citizen. If I was out at night and armed and someone pointed weapon at me ( I dont care if was a young person or old person especially at this day and time), I'd whip out my old worn out 38 and send him to the next dimension

"NYPD Correction Officer" No such job title.

  4. Pedo Peter says:

anyone stupid enough to shoot toy gun on the street deserve no justice. you are terrorizing innocent people for your enjoyment. Officer did no wrong. Its not his job to determine if the gun is toy or not. He treat every gun as real because there is no time to react in many cases.

  5. Robert Mckinlay says:

    Question: Who caused this incident?
    Answer: The "alleged dead victim"
Question: What caused this correction officer to draw his weapon?
Answer: The "alleged dead victim" with an illegal weapon.
    Question: Where did this happen?
Answer: In public from the "alleged dead victim's" car.
Question: When did this happen? Answer: At night?
Question: Why is the "alleged victim" dead?
Answer: Because the "alleged dead victim" decided to go out into public and pull out an illegal weapon on an innocent victim who had a real weapon that got this " alleged dead victim" killed.
So, my last question is; Why is NY making this innocent victim a victim twice by charging him with murder? Ask these questions to a jury and the correction officer will prove he is innocent of murder. Period!!!

I don't understand why the officer has been charged.

I would’ve shoot at the boy too!…today you not gonna be asking questions like, “oh! is that real or it’s a toy?”..today the rampant crime is anywhere and at any time of day!..let the man go free!!!

Shit sad he would of still be living if he wouldn't did what he did theses young kids need to do better

  11. Supreme Magnetic says:

Uhmmm, I’m just gonna use an ounce of common sense here and call this self defense. If someone aims something that looks like a gun at me and I have a gun, I’m blasting first then asking questions later.
Let the man go free, this is what’s wrong with NY and the rest of the country, this should be allowed 100%

  12. KYB Convo says:

First off 🤦‍♂️ what in the hell is he doing with a fake gun at night 🤦‍♂️ crazy not even cops can beat self defense in New York while enjoy a night off from work

  15. Alex Sharieff says:

The only thing he did wrong was not to give assistance, not call 911 and to leave the scene. Sounds messed up. But he aimed a weapon at him. He fucked up by not following procedures. But protected his life. Story is strange

NY corny as hell wit the bead blaster

  17. Antonio Diego says:

Those COs are worst than the cops…amazing that’s possible. They’re just thugs with guns and badges. This kind of thing happens frighteningly often with NY COs

  18. DaGainSta says:

Funny how Walmart sells these things like got cakes but u dontt see NYPD nor NY mayor nor governor making laws banning Walmart from selling such deadly air rifles …. blue states are a joke in its entirety

  21. Digitize49 says:

I do not know all of the facts involved…
But if you can’t distinguish the difference in a multicolored toy and an actual rifle…maybe you should have chosen a different profession?

Though 18 year olds should focus on employment and living…instead of running around at night causing havoc and chaos…playing ‘games’…especially in a City like NY.

    Just my 2 cents worth.

  22. jim more says:

If it was a regular cop he would’ve been on desk duty 💯

  23. Coocola L3 says:

Not only was he a correctional officer he was a firearms instructor. This attack seems orchestrated in order to find a loophole in cases of self defense. In other words, the governor doesnt want you to defend yourself until its too late and you're on the verge of dying.

  24. Kalil says:

Bro, he didn't have too shoot because he has a gun to do. The CO could of handled it better.

  25. Vanessa K. Allmon says:

Let that corrections officer out. Bead blaster guns are dangerous and unlawful. It is unfortunate that the 18-yo was shot in the face and died, but NYC has crime problem and these are not times to be out playing with dangerous gun-like toys.

  26. Jim Dur says:

Go on strike! Liberals do not want self defense in their cities.

  28. Guyanese Hardball says:

Free that officer so sad for the guy that die but he had no right to point anything to the officer now what if he had shot the officer the officer protect him self I hope the D.A review this case and release the officer this is why nobody want to be police because the justice system is broken Free the officer Free the officer 🙏👏

  29. Joseph Ortiz says:

the shooting happened at 174th street and Morris avenue, how the hell did the dead 18 year old body ended at Grandconcurse and East Tremont avenue?

  30. Belle Gee says:

This city has been handed over to criminals.

  31. shuayb hanif says:

Stupid justice system once again at work. You charge the guy who defended himself. I would shoot anyone who takes a gun out to shoot at me. Good thing the state i live in has common sense laws .

  32. Joel McCall says:

So a idiot decided to shoot at someone then that someone use a real gun to shoot back and he was charged with murder that doesn't make any sense now I know the gun he use was a pellet gun but in that moment you not thinking that. This kid put himself in that situation but charge someone with murder that is a stretch.

  33. The Bulletz gotti show 2.0 says:

  34. A K says:

If the “kid” a 18 man! Didn’t shot anyone he wouldn’t be dead. Stop blaming the victims. SMH I know y’all hate cops so much but this is ridiculous!

  35. Jacob Ben Ysrael says:

It's not a deadly shooting. It's just that the laws relating to standing your ground, and being in fear for your life has nothing to do with black people. Those of us black people who think these laws include us has another thing coming. 🔒🔑⛓️
