NYS Gov Kathy Hochul signed the Less is More Bill. Any parole absconders basically WALK bc Parole cannot violate on "technical" violations. That includes, Absconding from their address, failing to report to parole, not completing mandated programming and anything else other than committing a new "CRIME" and even then….. you can't be violated. This was pushed by now INDICTED Lt. Gov Brian Benjamin.
