Dismus may not be quite correct. It is true that a committee was formed to help smoothen the electoral process. The CJ, Chebukati and some important stakeholders were incorporated into the committee. But to the best of my recollection Chebukati pulled out of that committee for reasons best known to himself. Now he is sitting smugly with an rotten stinking egg on his face.
