I'm sorry but if you run from the cops when they order you to stop expect to be either injured or killed by them. I'm black but not stupid and I also know that everyone isn't always innocent. Forensic will determine if that was in fact a muzzle blast from his car and also residue on his hands. Why jump out of a car wearing a ski mask? If you shoot at them then it's game on for the police. Protesting about how many times he was hit isn't going to solve anything. He could be alive if he would have obeyed the command of the police.
I feel very sorry for this poor man but he brought it on himself how are the police suppose to know he doesn't have that gun . We need to get together soon and get some serious legislation on gun control . Please just sit back and think about it . I believe these officers were justified in what they did . Looks like suicide by cop. First he shoots at them, then leaves the gun in the car and runs with a ski mask on, he must have known he would be shot. The only issue I agree with blacks on is that multiple shots is sick and I would like to see more non-lethal arrests. But I basically support the cops & consider blacks mostly responsible for their problems with cops. They resist arrest and run, they do not respect the law. But I do not favor shooting them. It is for them to repair their relationship with the police.
